Cabo Submarine

Cabo Submarine

Young kids can be reluctant to get in the water if they aren’t 100% familiar with it. So the Cabo Submarine (courtesy of Cabo Expeditions) is the best way for them to get to see some ocean critters and feel like they are ‘in’ the water without getting wet! An educational, fun time awaits you and your family with Cabo Submarine. Open from 8 am - 4 pm daily, this fun excursion should be top of your list for your Cabo vacation!

Wild Wet Fun

While it is a bit of a trek to get to, if you have a rental car during your Cabo visit - we HIGHLY recommend taking a day and heading out past Miraflores (beyond the airport) to Wet Fun Water Park. Opening at 10 am until 6 pm all the way until October 30th, Wet Fun is an amazing place for visiting families. You can read more detail about what a day looks like there in our blog article about it here.

Wild Canyon

Located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, Wild Canyon has everything from ATV rides, to zip-lining to animal and bird watching. Our youngsters LOVED walking over the long rope bridge, then they went on a mini-safari. We saw baby crocodiles, parrots, and even some camels! Wow, it was a trip for them.

Cuadra Los Cabos Horses

Horse Riding - Cuadra San Francisco

While this won’t be suitable for children under the age of 3, a trip to Cuadra is wonderful for those old enough to do it. Highly skilled guides and teachers await you and your family. Your children can be introduced to the wonderful world of horse riding by doing a guided tour on the beach. What a way to see Mexico.

Beach day

A trip to Cabo wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the beach. And my goodness, we have plenty to choose from! Chileno Bay is our personal favorite, closely followed by Santa Maria and Medano. If you fancy a slightly longer car journey - don’t hesitate to go to Cerritos. It’s simply breathtaking. Head off early in the morning, or later in the afternoon to enjoy a couple of hours of sunshine and sand with your babies. It truly completes your Cabo vacation.
